The hair that I previously purchased was silky and smooth from day one and lasted almost 3 months of the extreme wear and tear that I had done to it. When I opened this package, however, I could immediately tell that it was a different, more fake feeling batch of hair than the product that I had received from a different vendor before (although supposedly they were exactly the same item). I have had this hair in for less than a month and it feels and looks TERRIBLE. I am very confused, because the product that I had purchased before was absolutely nothing like what I received this time. It has to be premium too in a remy pack or either the hair is extremly old & thats why the price is so reasonable . I even took it as far as going to the beauty store & asking them what going on , & they said my hair shouldnt look like this & i only had it in for 4 days . One of the empolyee's told me my hair shouldnt have look like this for at lease 2 weeks , & that this company probaly sold me a STALE pack of hair . Dont purchase has from this seller !
