They are very soft and bouncy has alot of body at first! I ordered this product although there wasn't many reviews out there. I purchased two packs of a color 2. Works best on clean hair that's been flat-ironed. I liked the different sizes, easy to use if you are doing like the models' hair. Curled really good with the curling iron too. Make sure you wash and condition it as you would your own hair.
